Who it is for
Is this the right support for you?
- Homeowners planning an extension, refurbishment or conversion
- Landlords and property investors running works remotely
- Small developers who want client-side control without a full in-house team
- Clients whose live project needs re-planning part way through
Problems it helps avoid
- Scope that is unclear, so builders price different jobs
- Programmes that ignore lead times, approvals and sequencing
- Changes agreed verbally and discovered on the final account
- Designers, builder and suppliers working from different information
- No clear record of decisions, actions or who is responsible

Common questions
Do you build the work?
No. We are an independent consultancy. The builder remains responsible for building the work; we help you manage the project and the people delivering it.
Is this full-time supervision?
No. Site inspections are planned visits at agreed stages with written findings, not continuous supervision.
Can you join a project that has already started?
Often, yes. We start by reviewing the contract position, programme, cost and outstanding issues, then agree what support is useful from that point.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Aldershot and work across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, including Farnham, Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley, Guildford, Woking, Basingstoke and Godalming. For projects further afield, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How are fees set?
Project management is priced on enquiry, based on the scope and the level of involvement you need. Fees are confirmed in writing before any appointment.
