What we need from you: You supply your priorities, available drawings, property information, intended timescale and known constraints.

Price
We prepare or test the budget, allowances, contingency, quote comparisons, cost risks and value-engineering options.
What we need from you: You supply quotations, cost limits and the decisions that affect specification or scope.

Procure
Caroline prepares the procurement route, tender information, shortlist, queries, comparison, clarifications, negotiation and appointment support.
What we need from you: You confirm decision criteria, preferred tenderers and final authority to appoint.

Deliver
James coordinates programme, meetings, decisions, information, costs, changes, reporting and agreed periodic site inspections.
What we need from you: You make timely client decisions and share builder, designer and specialist information.

Complete
We prepare photo snag lists, track closure, organise handover information and follow agreed aftercare actions.
What we need from you: You provide access, review priorities and retain certificates, warranties and manuals.
Flexible and proportionate
Every appointment is agreed in writing around the required outputs. Contract and commercial support does not imply a formal contract administrator or employer’s agent role unless separately appointed. Inspections are periodic and within scope, not continuous supervision.
