What do I need to send?

What will I get back?
A clear comparison of the quotes: differences, omissions, exclusions, allowances and provisional sums, VAT presentation, programme, payment terms and commercial risks, plus a list of questions to put to each builder before appointment.
Will you tell me which builder to choose?
We will give you our honest view of how the quotes compare and where the risks sit. The decision remains yours, and we cannot vouch for any builder's workmanship.
Is it a site visit or a video call?
Either. Depending on the project and your preference, we can discuss the findings at a site or face-to-face meeting, or by video call.
Do I pay when I submit my quotes?
No payment is taken through the website at the moment. We confirm the details with you after you submit the form.
