Practical questions
Can you join a project that has already started?
Yes. We first establish the current scope, commitments, risks and records, then agree the most useful level of support.
Do you replace the architect or builder?
No. We complement the design team and builder by coordinating scope, cost, procurement, programme and decisions.
Do you inspect every day?
No. Site inspections are planned and periodic, within the agreed appointment. They are not continuous supervision.
