James

Project & Construction Management

James is a hands-on, calm and commercially aware project manager who understands both what is written in a tender or programme and what actually happens on site.

He has over 16 years of progressive construction experience across healthcare and NHS estates, residential, commercial, education, listed refurbishment and mixed-use projects. His career has developed through Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, No.1 Site Manager and Senior Site Manager roles into client-side project management.

Caroline is a highly experienced, commercially sharp and structured procurement professional who makes complex buying decisions clear and manageable.

She brings 17 years of UK and international procurement, category and contract management experience across property, professional services, facilities management, defence, government, energy and marine environments.

Experience in practice

Caroline has developed category plans, procurement pipelines and sourcing strategies, advised senior stakeholders and supported procurement governance and operational improvements.

Her wider experience includes strategic sourcing, property and facilities procurement, supplier coordination, tender evaluation and complex subcontract negotiation in the UK and internationally.
