Do you act as contract administrator or employer’s agent?
Not by default. We provide practical commercial support. Any formal contract role would need to be separately agreed and appointed.
Do you give legal advice?
No. For legal advice on contracts or disputes, you should speak to a solicitor. We can help organise the commercial records they may need.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Aldershot and work across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, including Farnham, Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley, Guildford, Woking, Basingstoke and Godalming. For projects further afield, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
